Terminal Pay for Sick Leave. In order to encourage and reward employees who exercise particular care in the maintenance of their personal health and job attendance, the Board will provide terminal pay to an employee at retirement or his/her beneficiary(ies) if service is terminated by death, such terminal pay to be determined as follows:
