Terminal Reservoir Infrastructure. Facilities used to pump and store potable water in storage tanks east of the City of Seaside along General Xxx Xxxxx Boulevard. These facilities will include the terminal reservoir, terminal reservoir pump station, overflow facilities and related appurtenance needed to assist in the moving of water to and from the ASR Infrastructure, other ASR facilities, and Product Water Pipeline.
