Terminating Access. In the event (i) you violate any terms of this Agreement; (ii) there are unauthorized or fraudulent transactions related to your Funding Account, Deposit Account or use of the P2P Transfer Service; or (iii) we incur problems with your use of the P2P Transfer Service, you agree that we may suspend or terminate your access to the P2P Transfer Service at any time. We may, in our sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice to you or other P2P Transfer participants, suspend or terminate: (i) the P2P Transfer Service; (ii) your ability to send or receive funds through a P2P Transfer Transaction; (iii) your ability to send funds through a P2P Transfer Transaction, while continuing to permit you to receive funds through a P2P Transfer Transaction; (iv) your ability to request funds from another Member; or (v) your ability to receive requests for funds from another Member. In the event your access to the P2P Transfer Service is terminated or suspended for any reason and then later reactivated or reinstated, you agree that this Agreement, or any revised or amended version of this Agreement in effect at the time of reactivation or reinstatement, will continue to apply to your P2P Transfer Transactions and use of the P2P Transfer Service.

If you violate any terms of this Agreement (including non- payment of fees under any applicable fee schedule) or any other agreement you have with us, you agree that we may suspend or terminate your access to any of your Eligible Accounts and Online Financial Services. We are not required to reinstate or re-activate your access.

Terminating Access. You may terminate your right to use PSFCU Online Banking by notifying us. If you terminate your PSFCU Online Banking, we will continue to make transfers, and other transactions you have previously authorized until such time as we have had a reasonable opportunity to act upon your notice. We may terminate your right to use PSFCU Online Banking at any time without notice. We are not required to reinstate or re‐activate your access.
Terminating Access. When access is no longer required, the Sponsoring Organization within University of Louisiana at Lafayette must notify the extranet team responsible for that connectivity, which will then terminate the access. This may mean a modification of existing permissions up to terminating the circuit, as appropriate. The extranet and lab security teams must conduct an audit of their respective connections on an annual basis to ensure that all existing connections are still needed, and that the access provided meets the needs of the connection. Connections that are found to be depreciated, and/or are no longer being used to conduct University of Louisiana at Lafayette business, will be terminated immediately. Should a security incident or a finding that a circuit has been deprecated and is no longer being used to conduct University of Louisiana at Lafayette business necessitate a modification of existing permissions, or termination of connectivity, Information Technology Security and/or the extranet team will notify the POC or the Sponsoring Organization of the change prior to taking any action.
Terminating Access. You agree that unless otherwise required by applicable law or regulation, we can terminate your access to Zelle®, in whole or in part, at any time.
