TERMINATION AND DURATION. 20.01 This Agreement shall become effective on the 5th day of April, 2017, and shall remain in full force and effect until the 5th day of December, 2020 and from year to year thereafter unless written notice of intention to terminate or amend this Agreement is given by either party to the other not more than ninety (90) days and not less than thirty (30) days before the 5th day of December, 2020 or not more than ninety (90) days and not less than thirty (30) days before the 5th day of December in any year thereafter in which this Agreement continues to remain in effect.

TERMINATION AND DURATION. 20.01 This Agreement shall become effective on the 5th 11th day of AprilJuly, 20172022, and shall remain in full force and effect until the 5th day of December, 2020 2025 and from year to year thereafter unless written notice of intention to terminate or amend this Agreement is given by either party to the other not more than ninety (90) days and not less than thirty (30) days before the 5th day of December, 2020 2025 or not more than ninety (90) days and not less than thirty (30) days before the 5th day of December in any year thereafter in which this Agreement continues to remain in effect.

This agreement shall remain in effectfull force and be effective during the period of negotiations.
