By way of example, should the Corporation terminate this Agreement due solely to the fact that the permanent Chief Executive Officer desired to terminate Executive’s employment as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary and replace the Executive with another individual with whom the permanent Chief Executive Officer had previously worked, or otherwise had a business relationship, such termination would be considered a termination Without Cause.
