Termination by Employee without Good Reason. The date specified in a written notice of termination given to the Company by Employee not less than 180 days in advance of such specified date, at which date the Employee's obligation to perform services pursuant to this Agreement shall cease.

Termination by Employee without Good Reason. The Employee may terminate this Agreement without Good Reason upon 90 days written notice. Termination by Employee without Good Reason. The Employee may terminate his employment at any time, by giving advance written notice to the Company. Any such termination shall become effective on the date specified in a written such notice, which shall not be earlier than ninety (90) days after the date of such notice of termination given (or such earlier date that the Employer may determine in its sole discretion), and the Employee shall continue to perform his duties pursuant to the Company by Employee not less than 180 days in advance terms of such specified date, at which date the Employee's obligation to perform services pursuant to this Agreement shall ceasefor such period.
