Termination by Loss of Charter Contract. This Agreement shall automatically terminate in the event that the Academy no longer possesses a Charter Contract to operate a strict discipline academy, including, but not limited to, a termination or revocation of the Charter Con- tract or a failure to renew an existing Charter Contract.
