Termination due to Contractor Default. (a) The Contracting Authority may terminate this Agreement as of a date specified by it in the case of a Contractor Default consisting of a failure to satisfy a Category A Requirement, if:

(a) The Contracting Authority may terminate this Agreement as of on a date specified by it it, in the case event of a Contractor Default consisting arising and where the Contractor fails to remedy the said default within a reasonable period of a failure time as referred to satisfy a Category A Requirementin Article 11.1, if:Paragraphs (a) and (b), unless the Contractor Default, in view of the extraordinary nature or minimal significance thereof, does not warrant termination with all of the ensuing consequences.
