Common use of Termination due to Master Agreement Clause in Contracts

Termination due to Master Agreement. (i) In the event that the Master Agreement expires or is terminated (howsoever occasioned or for whatever reason), the Contracting Company shall have the right (but not the obligation) to similarly terminate (either directly by itself or through ALPS as its appointed agent) the relevant Statement of Work(s) then in place, in whole, by notice to the Supplier, immediately by notice in writing, on the same grounds.
