Termination for Cause, without Good Reason, or Death. If the Executive's employment is terminated during the Term by the Company for Cause, by the Executive without Good Reason or by reason of the Executive's death, the Company shall provide the Executive (or the Executive’s estate, if applicable) with only the Accrued Compensation.
