Termination for Insolvency. The Procuring Entity may at any time terminate the Contract by giving notice to the Supplier if the Supplier becomes bankrupt or otherwise insolvent. In such event, termination will be without compensation to the Supplier, provided that such termination will not prejudice or affect any right of action or remedy that has accrued or will accrue thereafter to the Procuring Entity

Termination for Insolvency. Either party may terminate Agreement, effective immediately upon written notice, if the other party becomes the subject of a voluntary or involuntary petition in bankruptcy or any proceeding relating to insolvency, receivership, liquidation or composition for the benefit of creditors, if that petition or proceeding is not dismissed with prejudice within sixty (60) days after filing.
Termination for Insolvency. If voluntary or involuntary proceedings by or against a party are instituted in bankruptcy under any insolvency law, or a receiver or custodian is appointed for such party, or proceedings are instituted by or against such party for corporate reorganization or the dissolution of such party, which proceedings, if involuntary, shall not have been dismissed within sixty (60) days after the date of filing, or if such party makes an assignment for the benefit of creditors, or substantially all of the assets of such party are seized or attached and not released within sixty (60) days thereafter, the other party may immediately terminate this Agreement effective upon notice of such termination.
Termination for Insolvency. If (a) Supplier dissolves or ceases to do business; (b) Supplier fails to pay its debts as they come due; or (c) Supplier or any other entity institutes insolvency, receivership, bankruptcy or any other proceeding for settlement of Supplier’s debts, Buyer may immediately terminate this Order without liability, except for goods or services completed, delivered and accepted within a reasonable period after termination (which shall be paid for at the Order price).

Termination for Insolvency. Each party has the right to terminate this Agreement at any time with immediate effect if the other party should become the subject of proceedings under any bankruptcy or insolvency law, enter into composition with its creditors, apply for financial re-organization, enter into liquidation, suspend payments to creditors or is, or can reasonably be deemed to be, insolvent.

Termination for Insolvency. This Agreement shall terminate, without notice, (i) upon the institution by or against the Buyer of insolvency, receivership or bankruptcy proceedings or any other proceedings for the settlement of the Buyer’s debts (ii) upon the Buyer making an assignment for the benefit of creditors, or (iii) upon the Buyer’s dissolution.
Termination for Insolvency. Either party hereto may, at its option, upon five (5) days written notice, terminate this Agreement should the other party hereto (i) admit in writing its inability to pay its debts generally as they become due; (ii) make a general assignment for the benefit of creditors; (iii) institute proceedings to be adjudicated a voluntary bankrupt, or consent to the filing of a petition of bankruptcy against it; (iv) be adjudicated by a court of competent jurisdiction as being bankrupt or insolvent; (v) seek reorganization under any bankruptcy act, or consent to the filing of a petition seeking such reorganization, or (vi) have a decree entered against it by a court of competent jurisdiction appointing a receiver, liquidator, trustee or assignee in bankruptcy or in insolvency covering all or substantially all of such party’s property or providing for the liquidation of such party’s property or business affairs.
Termination for Insolvency. If either party becomes insolvent, bankrupt, or enters receivership, dissolution, or liquidation, the other party may terminate this agreement with immediate effect.
