Termination of Automatic Extension by Notice. The Company or Executive may elect to terminate the automatic extension of the Term set forth in Section 2(a) ("Automatic Extension") by giving written notice of such election. Any notice given hereunder must be given not less than 90 days prior to the second anniversary of this Agreement or not less than 90 days prior to the applicable Automatic Extension Date.
