Termination of Confidentiality Agreement. Effective upon the date hereof, the Confidential Disclosure Agreement, dated December 19, 2022 (the “Confidentiality Agreement”), between Buyer and Seller shall terminate and be of no further force or effect, and shall be superseded by the provisions of this Section 6.1.
Termination of Confidentiality Agreement. Effective upon the date hereof, the Existing Confidentiality Agreement shall terminate and be of no further force or effect, and shall be superseded by the provisions of this Article VIII.

Sellers shall use their respective Commercially Reasonable Efforts to cause the Confidentiality Agreement, dated as of July 13, 2011, between Equity Residential and Archstone Enterprise LP, as amended on October 6, 2011, to be terminated and of no further force or effect, effective as of Closing.
Termination of Confidentiality Agreement. Seller, LBHI, EQR and AVB shall cause (i) the Amended and Restated Confidentiality Agreement, between EQR, LBHI and Seller, dated as of October 19, 2012, and (ii) the Amended and Restated Confidentiality Agreement, between AVB, LBHI and Seller, dated as of October 19, 2012, to be terminated and of no further force or effect, effective as of the Initial Closing
Termination of Confidentiality Agreement. The Parties agree that the Confidentiality Agreement is terminated and of no further force or effect.
Termination of Confidentiality Agreement. Effective upon the date hereof, that certain Confidential Disclosure Agreement, dated September 20, 2022, between RP Management LLC and the Seller (the “Existing Confidentiality Agreement”) shall terminate and be of no further force or effect, and shall be superseded by the provisions of this Article 7.
Termination of Confidentiality Agreement. Upon the Closing, the Confidentiality Agreement, dated as of January 30, 2015, between Parent and the Company shall hereby be terminated.
Termination of Confidentiality Agreement. Upon the closing of the transaction contemplated by the Redemption Agreement, the Confidentiality Agreement, dated July 25, 2006, between ETP and Southern Union, shall terminate.
