Termination of CRA. Subcontractor and Provider recognize and agree that in the event of termination of an applicable CRA, Provider shall immediately make available to the Division of TennCare, or its designated representative, in a usable form, any or all records, whether medical or financial, related to Provider’s activities undertaken pursuant to the Agreement. The provision of such records shall be at no expense to the Division of TennCare. Provider shall continue to provide Covered Services under the terms and conditions of the Agreement for up to forty-five (45) calendar days from the termination date or until Covered Persons can be transferred to another managed care organization, whichever is longer. Subcontractor or Health Plan, as applicable, shall continue to reimburse Provider for Covered Services through the end of Health Plan’s obligations under the CRA.

Termination of CRA. Developer acknowledges that the CRA will terminate and cease to exist on September 30, 2030. Upon the termination of the CRA, it is understood that the CRA will transfer all of its right, title and interest in the Land and this Lease to the City. Upon such transfer, all references in this Lease to approval by the Executive Director shall signify the approval by the City Manager and all references in this Lease to approval of the CRA Board shall be deemed to be references to approval by the City Commission.
