Common use of Termination of Existing Indebtedness Clause in Contracts

Termination of Existing Indebtedness. All existing Indebtedness (except for Indebtedness permitted by the terms of this Credit Agreement and the Existing Credit Agreement which is amended and restated hereby) for borrowed money of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries shall have been repaid in full and all commitments relating thereto shall have been terminated and all Liens relating thereto shall have been terminated.

Termination of Existing Indebtedness. All existing Indebtedness (except for Indebtedness permitted by the terms of this Credit Agreement and the Existing Credit Agreement which is amended and restated hereby) for borrowed money of the Borrower Company and its the Company’s Subsidiaries with respect to the Bilateral Credit Agreements shall have been (or contemporaneously with funding will be) repaid in full and all commitments relating thereto thereunder shall have been terminated and all Liens relating thereto thereto, if any, shall have been terminated.

Termination of Existing Indebtedness. All existing Indebtedness (except for Indebtedness permitted by the terms of this Credit Agreement and the Existing Credit Agreement which is amended and restated hereby) for borrowed money of the Borrower Borrowers and its the Company’s Subsidiaries with respect to the Bilateral Credit Agreements shall have been (or contemporaneously with funding will be) repaid in full and full, all commitments relating thereto thereunder shall have been terminated and all Liens relating thereto thereto, if any, shall have been terminated.

Termination of Existing Indebtedness. All existing Indebtedness (except for Indebtedness permitted by the terms of this Credit Agreement and the Existing Credit Agreement which is amended and restated hereby) for borrowed money of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries Borrowers with respect to the credit facilities under the Existing Credit Agreements shall have been (or contemporaneously with funding will be) repaid in full and and/or reallocated fully under the facilities under this Credit Agreement, all commitments relating thereto thereunder shall have been terminated and all Liens relating thereto thereto, if any, shall have been terminated.

Termination of Existing Indebtedness. All existing Indebtedness (except for Indebtedness permitted by the terms of this Credit Agreement and the Existing Credit Agreement which is amended and restated hereby) for borrowed money of the Borrower Borrower, the Acquired Company and its their Subsidiaries shall have been repaid in full and all commitments relating thereto shall have been terminated and all Liens relating thereto shall have been terminated.

Termination of Existing Indebtedness. All existing Indebtedness (except for Indebtedness permitted by the terms of this Credit Agreement and the Existing Credit Agreement which is amended and restated hereby) for borrowed money of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries Borrowers with respect to the credit facilities under the Existing Credit Agreement shall have been (or contemporaneously with funding will be) repaid in full and full, all commitments relating thereto thereunder shall have been terminated and all Liens relating thereto thereto, if any, shall have been terminated.

Termination of Existing Indebtedness. All existing Indebtedness (except for Indebtedness permitted by the terms of this Credit Agreement and the Existing Credit Agreement which is amended and restated hereby) for borrowed money of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries (other than Permitted Indebtedness) shall have been repaid in full and all commitments relating thereto shall have been terminated and all Liens relating thereto shall have been terminated.
