Termination of Existing Lock-Up Restriction. The parties hereto agree that the lock-up and transfer provisions in this Agreement shall supersede and replace Sponsor’s obligations in respect of lock-up and transfer provisions currently contained in the Sponsor Letter Agreement (as defined below) effective from the Acquisition Effective Time.
