Common use of Termination of Temporary Employees Clause in Contracts

Termination of Temporary Employees. It is understood that a temporary employee who does not provide services for the employer for a period of more than 24 months will be terminated, subject to the provisions of the Ontario Human Rights Code. Current temporary employees will be notified of this condition of continued employment and new employees will be informed at the time of temporary hire.
