Common use of Termination PTO Pay Clause in Contracts

Termination PTO Pay. The nurse who leaves the employment of the Medical Center after at least one (1) year of employment and after giving the required three (3) weeks’ written notice, as identified in this Agreement, shall be entitled to payment for any accrued PTO benefits .

Termination PTO Pay. The nurse who leaves their employment with the employment of the Medical Center Employer after at least one (1) year of continuous employment and after giving the required three (3) weeks’ written notice, as identified in this Agreement, shall be entitled to payment for any accrued and unused PTO benefits at the employee’s base rate of pay, including BSN/certification pay, permanent charge nurse pay, and shift differential for personnel permanently assigned to evening or night shifts, excluding overtime, standby pay, and/or other premium pay allowances.
