Termination PTO Pay. The nurse who leaves the employment of the Medical Center after at least one (1) year of employment and after giving the required three (3) weeks’ written notice, as identified in this Agreement, shall be entitled to payment for any accrued PTO benefits .

Termination PTO Pay.
