Common use of Terms Applicable to Both Subscription Services and Software License Clause in Contracts

Terms Applicable to Both Subscription Services and Software License. i. Client will receive support, upgrades, and updates during the Term in accordance with the terms of the applicable Schedule and the Client Support Handbook. ii. Pegasystems will email to Client a URL to allow Client access to the Software and/or Subscription Services. The Software and/or Subscription Services will be accepted upon delivery. This acceptance is not dependent on any other contingencies or agreements. iii. Client’s use of the Software and/or Subscription Services will comply with the Acceptable Use Policy.
