Terms of Authorization. Authorization cards will be filed with the payroll department by the teacher and will continue in effect until revoked on a form provided by the School District’s payroll department. Application for an Education Minnesota – OSSEO PAC deduction will be accepted at any time with change in payment reflected as soon as is practicable, but within forty-five (45) days.
