Common use of Terms of Occupancy Clause in Contracts

Terms of Occupancy. The University grants the Resident a license to use and occupy both the individual room (the “Room”) and an assigned suite (the “Suite”) at Graduate House (60 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, XX, X0X 0X0) (hereinafter called the "premises") assigned pursuant to sections 3.0 to 3.4 of this Agreement during the Occupancy Periods as outlined in Section 1.1. Acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement constitutes a binding commitment by the Resident for the full term as outlined in Section 1.1 of this Agreement.
