Common use of Terms of Tablet Loan Clause in Contracts

Terms of Tablet Loan. Tablets will be assigned to individual students and serial numbers will be recorded. The student will retain possession of the tablet for the remainder of their time as a Sterling High School student, until the student withdraws from school, or until the tablet is removed from the student’s possession for administrative reasons. All equipment must be returned to the school prior to graduation or withdrawal from Sterling. Students are responsible for bringing the tablet to school, taking it home each day, and ensuring it is charged for use the following day. Sterling High School reserves the right to change the terms of the loan or this guidelines document at any time or to terminate the 1:1 tablet program at any time and for any reason.
