TESTING AND COMMISSIONING. This schedule is a technical document that necessarily varies from project to project. It must take account not only of the characteristics of the renewable energy technology being utilised, but also the capabilities and limitations of the project’s design and equipment. The specific testinmg steps, and the test criteria must be negotiated by the Developer and Utility with the specific design, equipment, and operational characteristics of the Project and the Utility’s Grid taken into account.
TESTING AND COMMISSIONING. 15.1.1. The Contractor must comply with any hold and test requirements in the Scope of Works and associated specifications.

TESTING AND COMMISSIONING. 33.1 The Design-Builder will prepare and deliver to the Authority, not less than 365 days before the Target Building Substantial Completion Date, for review under the Review Procedure, a detailed testing and commissioning plan (the "Commissioning Plan") that is consistent with the requirements for testing and commissioning of the Facility identified in the Statement of Requirements and that sets out the commissioning activities the Design-Builder intends to carry out to satisfy this Section 33 and to achieve Substantial Completion of the Building and Substantial Completion of the Project, including: a description of the specific equipment and systems to be tested and commissioned and the associated commissioning requirements, including those to be completed before each of Substantial Completion of the Building and Substantial Completion of the Project; a schedule, related to the Time Schedule, showing the timing of all testing and commissioning activities; and supporting documentation, including as appropriate:
(i) design calculations and/or assumptions; and
(ii) manufacturer's specifications.
33.2 The Design-Builder will retain a qualified independent commissioning agent (acceptable to the Authority, acting reasonably), to test and commission all equipment and systems in the Facility to demonstrate to the Authority that the Facility equipment and systems, including all major systems, are fully operational and that the Authority may occupy the Facility for its intended use as described in the Statement of Requirements. The commissioning agent will prepare a written report to confirm the foregoing and confirm completion of all commissioning activities before, as applicable, Substantial Completion of the Building or Substantial Completion of the Project. Testing and commissioning will include, among other things, the following: a complete and successful demonstration in real time under full stress conditions for all equipment and systems that require or are provided with redundancy or spare capacity; end to end testing and commissioning of key equipment and systems including but not limited to all equipment, communication systems (wireless communications, intercom, overhead paging, telephones) and door controls; and technical and clinical validation or proper functioning of all equipment and systems and all points of integration between such equipment and systems.
TESTING AND COMMISSIONING. (i) Upon completion of construction of the Facilities and the restoration of the Associated Infrastructure in accordance with the requirements set out in this Agreement, the Concessionaire shall issue a notice to the Jal Xxxxx, with a copy to NMCG, requiring it to be present at the Site on the date specified in such notice to undertake a final inspection of the completed Facilities and Associated Infrastructure and conduct any tests required to ensure that the Facilities and the Associated Infrastructure comply with the Technical Specifications, the Designs and Drawings, Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits.
(ii) Within 5 days from the date of receipt of a notice under Clause 7.13(b)(i) above, the Jal Nigammay request the Concessionaire to vary the date of the final inspection and tests and the Concessionaire shall accommodate such request, provided that, such date shall be no later than 7 days from the date specified in the notice received from the Concessionaire under Clause 7.13(b)(i) above.
(iii) The Concessionaire shall, on the date specified in the notice issued under Clause 7.13(b)(i) or on such other date as may be agreed with the Jal Xxxxx, carry out the tests in accordance with the instructions and under the supervision of the Jal Xxxxx, to demonstrate that the Facilities and the Associated Infrastructure comply with the requirements of Clause 7.6.
(iv) If the Jal Xxxxx is not satisfied with the results of the tests or inspection, then the Concessionaire shall remedy any defects or deficiencies in the Facilities and/or the Associated Infrastructure, identified by the Jal Xxxxx or revealed through the tests and the Facilities and the Associated Infrastructure shall be tested again upon rectification of such defects or deficiencies. This process shall be repeated until such time that the Jal Xxxxx is satisfied that the Facilities and the Associated Infrastructure have been completed in accordance with Clause 7.6 and are safe and fit for purpose. The Concessionaire shall bear all costs of remedying the defects and deficiencies and retesting the Facilities and/or the Associated Infrastructure and shall not be entitled to any extension of time for remedying such defects or deficiencies or for retesting the Facilities and/or the Associated Infrastructure.
(v) If the Jal Xxxxx is satisfied with the results of the tests and inspection of the Facilities and the Associated Infrastructure, the Jal Xxxxx shall issue the Milestone Completion Certificate in ...
TESTING AND COMMISSIONING. 5.1. The Company shall test and commission the System after installation in accordance with AS 4509 “Test and Commissioning”, to ensure that it is operating as specified in the Contract.
5.2. Commissioning of the System shall be deemed to have occurred when the System commences operating on the Site in accordance with the specification set forth in this Contract.
5.3. The Company will provide the Client with training as specified in Schedule A Part J.
TESTING AND COMMISSIONING. 5.1 After installation of the Relevant System, the System Installer will test/commission the Relevant System onsite to confirm that it is compliant with manufacturer’s specifications and to ensure the Relevant System is fully operational.

Following completion of construction, Contractor shall provide the following services related to startup and performance testing of the PV systems: • Acceptance Testing • Proving Period A detailed Testing Plan covering each of the phases above shall be submitted and approved by the County prior to substantial completion of construction. A detailed description of each phase is provided below.
TESTING AND COMMISSIONING. 12.4.1 Testing of all materials, equipment and instrumentation shall be done as specified in the Technical Specifications. Installation of all electro-mechanical equipment shall be carried out strictly as per recommendations of the manufacturers. Pre-commissioning and trial run shall be undertaken as specified in Technical Specifications covered under section Schedule 24 of this document.
12.4.2 When supplying for the first time water to the DMA, the Operator has to check that none of the replaced pipelines is still supplied with water via another pipeline inside or outside the DMA. In case of water flowing from the replaced pipeline, the Operator has to take all necessary measures to stop the supply of water to the replaced pipeline. The measures at least include
a. Valves in the immediate vicinity of the decommissioned pipe shall be closed to assess the location of the connection.
b. Start digging out the decommissioned pipe from both ends until the unknown connection is found. The found pipe has to be followed until at least the border of the DMA, in order to isolate the DMA properly.
c. Gather latest information from SJPNL on valve settings and pump operations. If it becomes evident that the water comes through a connection from outside the DMA, it will be necessary to examine jointly with the PBC Engineer what changes in pump or valve settings has been done recently.
12.4.3 Testing for commissioning of a completed DMA shall consist of flow measurements at DMA inlet and at all service connections to determine whether the target level of water loss, as specified in Schedule 5 has been met.
a. Simultaneous flow measurements shall be undertaken during a 24-hour period;
b. In case the actual water loss thus measured is more than the target level, the Operator shall propose a work method, to be reviewed by the Technical Auditor and approved by PBC Engineer, to determine the cause(s) of water loss;
c. The Operator shall investigate the cause(s) of water loss accordingly and shall make the necessary rectifications;
d. The testing for commissioning shall then be repeated till the requirements are met and 24x7 water supply achieved in the DMA.
TESTING AND COMMISSIONING. 31.1 The Design-Builder will prepare and deliver to the Owner, not less than 120 days before the Target Substantial Completion Date, for review under the Review Procedure, a detailed testing and commissioning plan (the “Commissioning Plan”) setting out the commissioning activities the Design-Builder intends to carry out to commission the Facility, including:
(a) a description of the specific equipment and systems to be tested and commissioned and the associated commissioning requirements;
(b) a schedule, related to the Time Schedule, showing the timing of all testing and commissioning; and
(c) supporting documentation, including as appropriate: (i) design calculations and/or assumptions; and
