Texas Laws Govern. This Agreement is entered into in San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas. This Agreement’s construction and the rights, remedies, duties and obligations arising under this Agreement are governed by the laws of the State Of Texas. But the Texas conflicts of law rules shall not be used to apply the laws of a jurisdiction other than Texas. Both Parties’ obligations under this Agreement are performable in San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas and venue for any action arising under this Agreement only shall be in San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas.
