THE ARTIST AGREES THAT Sample Clauses

THE ARTIST AGREES THAT. (a) The Artist will comply with requirements, rules, and policies established by The Field for the conduct of its Sponsored Artist Program as described on The Field’s website (xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/faq/). The Field reserves the right to make changes in such requirements, rules and policies from time to time, in its sole discretion and, in the event of such changes, shall notify the Artist, both directly and by publication of such changes on The Field’s website. It is the Artist’s responsibility to provide up-to-date contact information by which The Field may notify them of such changes.

  • The Contractor A general contractor shall be retained by Tenant to construct the Improvements. Such general contractor (“Contractor”) shall be selected by Tenant from a list of general contractors supplied by Landlord, and Tenant shall deliver to Landlord notice of its selection of the Contractor upon such selection.

  • Scope of Engagement Client hereby engages each of Arete and IndieBrokers to act as co-managers of the proposed Offering on a “Best Efforts” basis. Therefore, Client understands that there is no guarantee that the Co-Managers will be able to successfully complete the Offering or successfully assist Client in raising capital and neither Co-Manager has any obligation to purchase or sell any Securities. In addition, Client will be solely responsible for the following:

  • Derogatory Material No material derogatory to an employee’s conduct, service, character, performance or personality shall be placed in the employee’s personnel file unless the employee has been provided a copy and had the prior opportunity to review the material. The employee shall acknowledge that they had the opportunity to review such material by affixing their signature to the copy to be filed with the expressed understanding that such signature in no way indicates agreement with the contents thereof. The employee shall also have the right to submit a written answer to such materials and their answer shall be reviewed by the Administrator or the Administrator’s designee and attached to the file copy.
