Common use of The Authority’s Right to Remove Clause in Contracts

The Authority’s Right to Remove. Any StadCo Personal Property, which shall remain on the Premises after the Term Expiration Date, may, at the option of the Authority, be deemed to have been abandoned by StadCo and either may be retained by the Authority as its Property or be disposed of, without accountability, in such manner as the Authority Representative may determine necessary, desirable or appropriate, and StadCo, upon demand, shall pay the reasonable cost of such disposal, together with interest thereon at the Default Rate from the date such costs were incurred until reimbursed StadCo, together with reasonable attorneys’ fees, charges, and costs.
