The Contractor must. 16.1.1. treat all Authority Protected Information as confidential and safeguard it accordingly, implementing appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect Authority Protected Information against disclosure;
16.1.2. only use the Authority Protected Information for the purposes of performing its obligations under the Framework Agreement;
16.1.3. only disclose the Authority Protected Information to such Contractor Representatives that are directly involved in the performance of the Framework Agreement and need to know the information; and
16.1.4. not disclose any Authority Protected Information without the prior written consent of the Authority.
The Contractor must. 16.1.1. treat all Framework Authority Protected Information as confidential and safeguard it accordingly, implementing appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect Framework Authority Protected Information against disclosure;
16.1.2. only use the Framework Authority Protected Information for the purposes of performing its obligations under the Framework Agreement;
16.1.3. only disclose the Framework Authority Protected Information to such Contractor Representatives that are directly involved in the performance of the Framework Agreement and need to know the information; and
16.1.4. not disclose any Framework Authority Protected Information without the prior written consent of the Framework Authority.
The Contractor must. (a) create, maintain and follow a documented process for limiting access to Sensitive Information to those persons who are authorized to have that access and for the purposes for which they are authorized, which process must include measures to verify the identity of those persons; and
(b) comply with the information access control requirements set out in Appendix G3, if attached.
The Contractor must. (a) create, maintain and follow a documented process for maintaining the integrity of Information while possessed or accessed by the Contractor; and
(b) comply with the information integrity requirements set out in Appendix G4, if attached.
The Contractor must perform the Works in a professional and competent manner with due care, skill and diligence and within the time specified in the Purchase Order.
The Contractor must. 1. put in place arrangements to log activity of data users in respect of electronically held protected personal information, and for managers to check it is being properly conducted, with a particular focus on those working remotely and those with higher levels of functionality. Summary records of managers’ activity must be shared with the Authority and be available for inspection by the Information Commissioner’s Office on request;
2. minimise the number of users with access to the Authority Data. In the absence of specific instructions from the Authority, all the data identified in the table below is data whose release or loss in the Authority’s view could cause harm or distress to individuals. The Contractor and its sub-contractors must treat the information identified below as protected personal data.
The Contractor must i. take out and maintain insurance during the Contract Period against statutory and common law liability for personal injury to or the death of any person in the employment of the Contractor; and
ii. ensure that each subcontractor engaged during the Contract Period takes out and maintains insurance against statutory and common law liability for personal injury to or the death of any person in the employment of the subcontractor; and
iii. where permitted by law, ensure the insurance is extended to provide indemnity for NAFC and the Members for NAFC’s statutory liability to persons employed by the Contractor.
The Contractor must. (a) keep and maintain Records in accordance with prudent business practice and all applicable laws;
(b) make sure the Records clearly identify all relevant time and expenses incurred in carrying out the Works;
(c) make sure the Records are easy to access; and
(d) keep the Records safe.
The Contractor must. Be licensed by the State of Washington as a business under chapter 19.02 RCW and shall meet or exceed the minimum licensing requirements under chapter 458-02 WAC.
The Contractor must. (a) ensure the Goods and Services are fit for the purpose for which Goods and Services of the same kind are commonly supplied or bought and for any other purpose the University expressly or impliedly discloses to the Contractor;
(b) ensure the Goods are new, free from any security, charge or encumbrance, free from defects in materials and workmanship and are of acceptable quality;
(c) ensure the Goods and Services comply with any specifications, standards or requirements set out in the Contract or as agreed by the parties;
(d) perform the Services with all due skill, care and diligence and to a high standard of workmanship; and
(e) ensure that all Goods match the description (including make and model) referred to in the Contract.
