The Contractor undertakes to a) personally participate in a visit to the Kunsthalle Bratislava exhibition premises on the agreed date, participate in working meetings with the director of KHB and incorporate the acquired information into the preparation of the concept of the upcoming perfomance Compositions of Subjects and Meanings for Kunsthalle Bratislava in 26.1.- 29.1.2023
b) follow the instructions of the contractor.
The Contractor undertakes to. 4.2.1. Provide safe conditions for life, health, and property Customer and environment Services included in the scope of visa support services.
4.2.2. Perform their obligations in good faith.
4.2.3. Provide Provide the customer with reliable information about the training program, business and work trip , as well as a trip for the stated goals in the selected country, by organizing a professional meeting with an expert in a particular field who has the necessary permits and licenses to engage in this activity.
4.2.4. Provide the Customer with assistance in collecting all necessary documents for submission to the visa application center, embassy or other competent authority.
4.2.5. Complete all necessary forms and forms for applying for the selected program, as well as check all available documents for compliance with the requirements by the competent authorities.
4.2.6. Promptly inform the Customer of any changes in the legislation regarding the selected program, as well as assist in the formation of a new set of documents.
4.2.7. Anduse all personal data and other confidential information about the Customer only for the provision of services under the Agreement, do not transfer to third parties the documentation and information about the Customer held by the Customer.
4.2.8. Provide the Customer with the act of acceptance and transfer of services rendered (hereinafter referred to as the Act) within 5 business days from the end of the provision of Services.
4.2.9. Provide a report on the services rendered upon the Customer's written request.
4.2.10. Provide the Services stipulated in the Agreement with the help of third parties without the consent of the Customer.
4.2.11. Promptly notify the Customer of changes to the terms of Service. All changes are posted on сайте the Contractor's website: xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxx
4.2.12. Accept payment for the cost of Services from the Customer and issue all necessary documents for the provision of Services.
4.2.13. Arrange an online or offline meeting with an expert on the selected program within 5 (five) days from the date of payment for the service, excluding weekends and holidays. (Public holidays are also taken into account in the country where the trip is planned)
The Contractor undertakes to. (1) To carry out all activities described in Attachment 1 of the Technical Specification, as well as all usual supporting activities in a timely manner in full compliance with the existing regulations for the execution of the Construction Supervision functions according to the Territory Management Act and putting the construction into operation.
(2) To be responsible for the lawful commencement, execution and completion of the construction.
(3) To conclude and maintain professional liability insurance for damages caused to other participants in the construction and / or to third parties as a result of unlawful acts or omissions in connection with or in the performance of their obligations for the object for a period not shorter of the warranty period under the conditions of art. 171, 172 and 173 of the SDA and the Ordinance on the terms and conditions for compulsory insurance in the design and construction;
(4) The CONTRACTOR shall be liable for damages incurred to the CONTRACTING ENTITY and other participants in the construction and joint liability with the builder for damages caused by non-observance of the technical rules and norms and the approved projects.
The Contractor undertakes to. (a) keep all documentation and other papers and all discs, tapes and other media recording and will store the information entrusted within the Contractor’s possession, custody or control in connection with the Contract, secure and in such a way so as to prevent unauthorised access to such information;
(b) immediately notify the Customer if it becomes aware that the information entrusted within the Contractor’s possession, custody or control in connection with the Contract has been communicated or disclosed to any unauthorised Third Party;
(c) return, delete or destroy upon the Customer’s demand all information provided to the Contractor without keeping any copies and if requested by the Customer, provide a certificate confirming that the requirements of this paragraph have been complied with in full, at his expense within five (5) business days following the Customer’s demand
The Contractor undertakes to. 1. provide the Customer with the Services in an appropriate manner, in the amount and within the terms provided for in this Agreement and Annexes thereto;
2. notify the Customer via electronic communication about planned technical breaks in the Service provision;
3. inform about the Service consumer quality changes by publishing such information on the website of the Contractor in case of the Service consumer quality changes xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxx.xx/en;
4. remedy in the service work within 5 (five) working days in case that failors feature the Contractor's area of responsibility. In the Contractor's area of responsibility there is equipment that is owned or rented by the Contractor, or owned or rented by third parties, attracted by the Contractor;
5. fulfill duly all the conditions of this Agreement and its Annexes.
The Contractor undertakes to. 2.3.1. to provide the Service to the Customer in accordance with the terms stipulated in the Agreement;
2.3.2. to inform the Customer in a timely manner in case of circumstances that delay the provision of services under the Contract or prevent their provision in accordance with the terms of the Contract, as well as the requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Romania. To notify the Customer immediately about all circumstances beyond the Contractor's control that may adversely affect the timing and quality of the services under the Contract;
2.3.3. at the request of the Customer, provide information about the progress of the Service or any information related to the provision of the Service under this Agreement;
The Contractor undertakes to. 3.1.1. Ensure the provision of services in accordance with the Applications. If the information contained in the Application is insufficient for the provision of services under the agreement, the Contractor shall request the necessary additional data from the Customer.
3.1.2. Arrange the registration and (or) receipt of transportation documents required to perform the work and/or services ordered by the Customer.
3.1.3. Inform the Customer about the arrival of containers/cargo at the destination station.
3.1.4. Agree with the Customer the dates and procedure for release containers/cargo from the terminal.
3.1.5. Provide inspection of containers, cargo, sealing and locking devices (hereinafter referred to as SLD) and their impressions at the time of their receipt from railway or road transport.
3.1.6. Timely notify the Customer and the persons responsible for transportation about cases of damage to containers, cargo and/or their packaging, SLD and/or inconsistency of their impressions with shipping documents, draw up reports of damage to Containers, send damage reports to the Customer within 1 (one) working day from the moment of unloading Containers at the Cargo storage center to the warehouse.
3.1.7. Immediately inform the Customer about all discovered deficiencies in the documents and information provided by the Customer and demand their elimination.
3.1.8. If, at the time of submitting the Application, the Contractor is unable to perform the services specified in the Application, the Contractor shall notify the Customer about this via the communication channels established by the Agreement, or in the Personal Account within 24 hours after receiving such an Application.
The Contractor undertakes to. 5.1.1. provide the Customer with a workplace and provide other services provided for by the Tariff selected by the Customer.
5.1.2. provide services of adequate quality in accordance with the Agreement.
5.1.3. take timely measures to prevent and regulate violations of the quality of services provided.
5.1.4. timely inform the Customer about changes in the structure of the Services, the conditions and procedure for their provision, by posting the relevant information in the reception area of the Coworking.
The Contractor undertakes to. 5.2.1. Provide Services in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with the terms hereof and in compliance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.
5.2.2. Ensure the participation of qualified professionals of diagnostic centers to conduct medical research in furtherance hereof.
5.2.3. Provide the Customer with information, including information about the conditions for the provision and receipt of medical research services, etc.
5.2.4. Inform the Customer on the impossibility to provide the Services in whole or in part. 5.2.5. Comply with the terms hereof.
The Contractor undertakes to. 7.2.1 deliver the Product to the Client and provide Servicing and Training in accordance with this Agreement.
7.2.3 send documents for invoicing in electronic form to the Client upon Client´s request in order to ensure that the Client is able to register everything into its accounting system.
7.2.4 inform the Client through electronic mail in case when it shall not be able to secure delivery of repaired Product in period set in Article 6.2 hereof or to remove the Objected Defect in period given in Article 9.3 hereof.
