The Employer will not Sample Clauses

This clause sets out specific actions or responsibilities that the employer is prohibited from undertaking under the contract. In practice, it may restrict the employer from interfering with the contractor’s work, making unilateral changes to the project scope, or engaging in activities that could hinder project progress. By clearly defining what the employer is not allowed to do, the clause helps prevent disputes and ensures that the contractor can perform their obligations without undue interference or unexpected changes from the employer.
