The Exhibition. 2.1 The Project Coordinator, in conjunction with the Consultants the following:- 2.1.1 the proposed Programme; 2.1.2 the proposed Cost Plan;
The Exhibition. EEBP shall provide the Services to the Exhibitor subject to this Agreement. EEBP may sub-contract any part of the Services to third parties. The Services may include the provision of any equipment or facilities, included on the Booking Form or agreed to in writing between the Exhibitor and EEBP. Any changes or additions to the services or this Agreement must be agreed in writing by duly authorised representatives of EEBP and the Exhibitor. EEBP may at any time without notifying the Exhibitor make any changes to the Services which do not materially affect the nature or quality of the Service.
The Exhibition. Subject to the provisions of the Assurance, the Company has continued to operate the exhibition in New York City. Although most of its requirements under the Assurance have now been concluded, the Company will continue to post certain disclosures regarding the sourcing of the specimens in the exhibition as long as that exhibition operates in New York City. The Company has voluntarily agreed to similar disclosures with the states of Washington, Missouri, and Oklahoma. Legislatures in a few states have considered legislation or passed bills that would restrict our ability to present human anatomy exhibitions in their states, such as by banning human anatomy exhibitions, requiring a permit to present such an exhibition, or imposing restrictions on how or where such exhibitions could be presented. The Company cannot predict whether any such legislation will be adopted or, if adopted, how such legislation might affect its ability to conduct human anatomy exhibitions. Additional states could introduce similar legislation in the future. Any such legislation could prevent or impose restrictions on the Company’s ability to present our human anatomy exhibitions in the applicable states. From time to time, the Company has or may receive requests and inquiries from governmental entities which result from the operation of our exhibitions and business. As a matter of policy, the Company will cooperate with any such inquiries.
The Exhibition. University shall lend and Borrower shall borrow the above-named exhibition belonging to University, as more fully described on the attached Attachment A (the “Exhibit”). Special requirements for the Exhibit, if any, are attached as Attachment B.
The Exhibition. 7.1 The right of admission to the exhibition shall in all circumstances be reserved to and in the discretion of the Organiser. 7.2 The Jewellery Council of South Africa reserves the right to decline participation of: 7.2.1 companies selling grey goods / products / brands which do not belong to the local agent; 7.2.2 companies selling any counterfeit goods / products / brands. 7.3 All the provisions relating to the conduct of the Exhibitor about the stand shall apply mutatis mutandis in relation to the exhibition site. 7.4 Whilst the Organiser will make every effort to ensure that adequate parking, loading and unloading facilities are provided to the Exhibitor and its staff in relation to the preparation and use of the stand, the Organiser is not obliged to do so. If such facilities are provided to the Exhibitor then it shall use such facilities in compliance with all of the provisions relating to its use of the stand, mutatis mutandis. 7.5 Whilst the Organiser will do everything within its power to ensure that the marketing and other objectives of the exhibition are successfully achieved this contract is not conditional or in any way dependant thereon. Failure by the Organiser to procure the participation in the exhibition of any one or more proposed Exhibitor/s or the withdrawal from the exhibition for any reason of any Exhibitor shall not entitle any other Exhibitor to terminate or vary this contract, or to reduce, delay or withhold any payment of the consideration payable in terms hereof. 7.6 The Organiser shall be entitled in its discretion to make such directives with regard to the admission of persons to the exhibition including but not limited to the charge of an entrance fee as it deems fit. 7.7 The Organiser does not warrant the number of persons expected to attend the exhibition.

The Exhibition. 1.1 The Gallery will: a) develop and prepare for touring the Exhibition in accordance with the Touring Policy (attached at Schedule B); b) ensure the collation and authorised reproduction of artworks (as noted in Schedule F), installation, deinstallation, and oversight of the Exhibition; c) execute an Artist Loan Agreement (as appropriate) for each of the Works. The loans must be for a period spanning the date the exhibition departs the Gallery through to two weeks following the ending date of the Tour (Month Year - Month Year). 1.2 The Touring Agency will: a) be responsible for the exhibition from Month Year until the date it is returned to Gallery or the nominated agent; b) in collaboration with Gallery, prepare an itinerary for the Touring Exhibition and execute Venue Loan Agreements with each tour Venue as outlined in Schedule E; c) provide Gallery with a full list of Works per 2008 tour Venue by day month year, and a full list of Works per 2009 tour Venue by day month year.
The Exhibition. 1.1. The Artist agrees to lend the artwork described in the Schedule (Work) to the Exhibitor for the period from xxx (Term) for the purpose of a group exhibition to be held at City Xxxxxxx Xxxx, 0-00 Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx XXX 0000 entitled The Exhibition Project.
The Exhibition. 5.1 The Exhibitor shall comply with the following Rules & Regulations with regard to its exhibition: 5.1.1 Shopping Centre promotions enjoy preference, and should it be required, other exhibitions and promotions will be re-scheduled, due to the nature of the venue, it might happen, that an unplanned event/promotion is presented to the Marketing Team of the Shopping Centre, in which case Diamond Pavilion Shopping Mall Management reserves the right to move or reschedule the pre- booked court to a mutually acceptable alternative date. 5.1.2 Tenant exhibitions enjoy preference over exhibition by non-competitive outside companies. However, once an outside company’s exhibition has been confirmed by Centre Management it will not be cancelled to accommodate a tenant. 5.1.3 The product/service to be exhibited by non-competitive outside companies may not at any time be in direct competition with any of the tenants at Diamond Pavilion Shopping Mall. Should this be the case Centre Management may request the immediate removal of such items or exhibition. 5.1.4 Promotions/exhibitions in Diamond Pavilion Shopping Mall have to be professional, of world-class standard and add value to the Mall. 5.1.5 The in-centre and/or exhibition spaces all have a height restriction of 1.6 m. 5.1.6 The Exhibitor shall, during the exhibition, keep the exhibition space clean and neat at all times. 5.1.7 No exhibit or banner used by the Exhibitor may obscure a tenant’s shop front or signage from public view at any given time. The Exhibitor shall comply immediately with any directive from Centre Management in this regard. 5.1.8 Distribution of pamphlets and/or any other promotional material is not allowed in the Mall or in the parking area, without prior arrangement with Centre Management. 5.1.9 The fittings or finishes in the Mall (for example pot plants, lampposts, walls, shop fronts, water features, pillars etc.) may not be used by exhibitors as display structures, or support purpose. The exhibitor may not move any standing street furniture (for example dustbins or fixed benches) to accommodate an exhibition. 5.1.10 In the case of audio appliances or equipment that causes auditory interference, exhibitors are to consider the interests of surrounding tenants and the public, i.e. volume levels are to be kept within reasonable limits.
