The Firm’s Practice’. The Firm’s Practice means - (a) the legal practice carried on by the Firm as at the commencement of the Period of Insurance; and (b) the continuous legal practice preceding and succeeding the practice referred to in paragraph (a) (irrespective of changes in ownership of the practice or in the composition of any Partnership which owns or owned the practice).
