Common use of The Head's discretion to require you to remove your child from the School Clause in Contracts

The Head's discretion to require you to remove your child from the School. Instead of exclusion or suspension, the Head may in his or her discretion require you to remove your child from the School if the Head considers that: 7.3.1 your behaviour or conduct (or the behaviour or conduct of one of you): is unreasonable; and/or adversely affects (or is likely to adversely affect) your child's and/or other children's progress at the School, and/or the wellbeing of School staff; and/or brings (or is likely to bring) the School into disrepute (among the School community or the general public); and/or is not in accordance with your obligations under this contract. The School’s Exclusion Policy sets out a non-exhaustive list of examples of parental conduct that is likely to warrant required removal; and/or 7.3.2 your child's attendance and/or progress at the School is unsatisfactory and/or in the reasonable opinion of the Head, the removal is in the School's best interests and/or those of your child and/or other children; and/or 7.3.3 your child’s conduct or behaviour (including conduct or behaviour outside School), is unsatisfactory and/or the required removal is in the School’s best interests and/or those of your child and/or of other children; and/or 7.3.4 the School is unable to meet your child’s needs, including cases where the School cannot reasonably accommodate adjustments or reasonably provide the nature or level of support required by your child.
