THE HIRE PERIOD. 4.1 The Hire Period begins when, either:
(a) You take possession of the Equipment; or
(b) if You request delivery and collection of the Equipment, the time We deliver the Equipment to the address you provide to Us in the Hire Contract whichever occurs first.
4.2 The Hire Period is for an indefinite term and ends when the Equipment is back in Our custody and possession.
4.3 The Hire Period includes weekends and public holidays.
THE HIRE PERIOD. 4.1 The Hire Period commences on the earlier of the following:
(a) when You take possession of the Equipment; or
(b) if You request delivery and collection of the Equipment, the time We deliver the Equipment to the address in the Hire Schedule.
4.2 The Hire Period is for an indefinite term and ends when the Equipment is back in Our control or possession.
4.3 The Hire Period includes weekends and public holidays.
4.4 A minimum Hire Period may apply in respect of certain items of Equipment (“Minimum Hire Period”). We will advise you at the time of hiring if a Minimum Hire Period applies. If You return the Equipment to Us before the expiration of the Minimum Hire Period, You are required to pay all Hire Charges in respect of the Minimum Hire Period.
THE HIRE PERIOD. 4.23.1. The Hire Period shall usually last between 1 to 28 days. However, the Supplier shall also make provision for Hire Periods of up to 1 year or longer.

4.4 A minimum Hire Period may apply in respect of certain items of Equipment (“Minimum Hire Period”). We will advise you at the time of hiring if a Minimum Hire Period applies. If You return the Equipment to Us before the expiration of the Minimum Hire Period, You are required to pay all Hire Charges in respect of the Minimum Hire Period.
THE HIRE PERIOD. 9.1. The Hire Period commences on the day which is the earlier of:
9.1.1. when you take possession of the Vehicle; or
9.1.2. when we deliver the Vehicle to the address you provide us in the Hire Schedule, if you have requested the Delivery/Collection Service for the Vehicle.
9.2. The Hire Period ends on the day when the Vehicle is returned to Bear Rentals in its entirety and otherwise continues for an indefinite term.
THE HIRE PERIOD. 3.1 The Hire Period commences on the earlier of the following:
(a) the Start Date specified in the Hire Schedule (b) the time We deliver the Equipment to the Location; OR
(c) when You otherwise take possession of the Equipment.
3.2 The Hire Period end on the later of:
(a) the date notified by You that the Equipment is off hire; OR
(b) when the Equipment is back in Our control or possession.
3.3 The Hire Period includes weekends and public holidays.
3.4 Unless otherwise advised at the time of hiring, a minimum Hire Period of 1 month will apply. If You return the Equipment to Us before the expiration of the Minimum Hire Period, You are required to pay all Hire Charges in respect of the Minimum Hire Period.
3.5 No off-hire periods are permitted without our prior written approval
3.6 We will endeavour to have the Equipment available at the start date of the Hire Period. You agree that we will not be liable for any loss or damage (nor shall this Hire Agreement be affected by) any delay or failure of the Equipment during the Hire Period.
THE HIRE PERIOD. The Supplier shall provide Vehicles for a range of Hire Periods. Please refer to paragraph 6.22.
THE HIRE PERIOD. This refers to the period noted on the Hire Agreement and beyond, whereby the Hirer agrees to hire a vehicle from the Owner and includes any extension of that period confirmed either verbally or in writing by the Hirer or a Hirers representative.
