The Joint Professional. Development Committee shall make the decision on the scheduling and allocation of non-instructional days for the next year and notify the Board of those dates on or before May 1. The Committee shall determine the professional development activities for any dates that are common for all teachers employed by the school district. School based Professional Development Committees shall plan professional development activities for school based non-instructional days.
