Common use of The Monthly Usage Report Clause in Contracts

The Monthly Usage Report. Once a month, following the last pay of the month, the Payroll Office will forward to the Union Executive a report that will identify the emergency sick leave usage. The report will contain a list of employees who received emergency sick leave payments and the number of hours to be withdrawn from the annual accrual.
