the Original Lease. Landlord shall install a meter, at Tenant’s expense, to measure Tenant’s consumption of electricity in the Storage Premises, which meter shall be installed and maintained by Landlord at Tenant’s expense. Bills for such amounts shall be rendered to Tenant at such times as Landlord may elect (but not more frequently than monthly).
