Common use of the Original Lease Clause in Contracts

Landlord shall install a meter, at Tenant’s expense, to measure Tenant’s consumption of electricity in the Storage Premises, which meter shall be installed and maintained by Landlord at Tenant’s expense. Landlord shall install the aforesaid meter within thirty (30) days after Tenant’s request that Landlord install the same. Bills for such amounts shall be rendered to Tenant at such times as Landlord may elect (but not more frequently than monthly).
