The Patriot Act. Each Lender subject to the USA PATRIOT ACT (Title 111 of Pub. L. 107-56 (signed into law October 26, 2001)) (the “Patriot Act”) hereby notifies the Borrower that pursuant to the requirements of the Patriot Act, it is required to obtain, verify and record information that identifies the Borrower and the other Credit Parties and other information that will allow such Lender to identify the Borrower and the other Credit Parties in accordance with the Patriot Act.
The Patriot Act. The Agent and each Lender hereby notifies the Borrower that pursuant to the requirements of the Patriot Act and any comparable law applicable to any Lender, it is required to obtain, verify and record information that identifies the Borrower, which information includes the name and address of the Borrower and other information that will allow the Agent and/or any Lender to identify the Borrower in accordance with the Patriot Act.
The Patriot Act. None of the Borrower or its Subsidiaries (i) is a blocked person described in Section 1 of the Anti-Terrorism Order or (ii) to the best of its knowledge, engages in any dealings or transactions, or is otherwise associated, with any such blocked person.
The Patriot Act. None of the Credit Parties (i) is a blocked person described in Section 1 of the Anti-Terrorism Order or (ii) to the best of its knowledge, engages in any dealings or transactions, or is otherwise associated, with any such blocked person.
The Patriot Act. The Borrower (i) is not a blocked person described in section 1 of the Anti-Terrorism Order or (ii) to the best of its knowledge, is not engaged in any dealings or transactions, or is otherwise associated, with any such blocked person.
The Patriot Act. None of the Loan Parties (i) is a blocked person described in Section 1 of the Anti-Terrorism Order or (ii) to the best of its knowledge, engages in any dealings or transactions, or is otherwise associated, with any such blocked person.
The Patriot Act. The Administrative Agent and the Lenders hereby notify the Borrowers that pursuant to the requirements of the Patriot Act, they are required to obtain, verify and record information that identifies the VSE Entities, which information includes the name and address of the VSE Entities and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent and the Lenders to identify the VSE Entities in accordance with the Patriot Act.
The Patriot Act. In accordance with the requirements of the USA Patriot Act (Title III of Pub. L. 107-56 (signed into law October 26, 2001)), the Underwriters are required to obtain, verify and record information that identifies their respective clients, including the Company, which information may include the name and address of their respective clients, as well as other information that will allow the Underwriters to properly identify their respective clients.
The Patriot Act. Each Lender hereby notifies the Parent, Borrower and Subsidiaries that pursuant to the requirements of the Uniting and Strengthening by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act of 2001 (Title III of P.L. No. 107-56) (known as “The PATRIOT Act”), each Lender is required to obtain, verify and record information that identifies the Parent, Borrower and Subsidiaries, which information includes the name and address of the Parent, Borrower and Subsidiaries and other information that will allow such Lender to identify the Parent, Borrower and Subsidiaries in accordance with The PATRIOT Act.
The Patriot Act. Each Lender subject to the USA PATRIOT ACT (Title 1113 of Pub, L. 107-56 (signed into law October 26, 2001)) (the “PATRIOT Act”) hereby notifies the Borrowers that pursuant to the requirements of the PATRIOT Act, it is required to obtain, verify and record information that identifies the Borrowers and the other Credit Parties and other information that will allow such Lender to identify the Borrowers and the other Credit Parties in accordance with the PATRIOT Act.
