Common use of The Patriot Act Clause in Contracts

The Patriot Act. No Borrower nor any Subsidiary of any Borrower (i) is a blocked person described in Section 1 of the Anti-Terrorism Order or (ii) to the best of each Borrower’s knowledge, engages in any dealings or transactions, or is otherwise associated, with any such blocked person.

No Neither the Borrower nor any Subsidiary of any Borrower its Subsidiaries (i) is a blocked person described in Section 1 of the Anti-Terrorism Executive Order 13224 or (ii) to the best of each Borrower’s its knowledge, engages in any dealings or transactions, or is otherwise associated, with any such blocked person.

The Patriot Act. No Borrower nor or any Subsidiary of any Borrower (i) their Subsidiaries is a blocked person described in Section 1 of the Anti-Terrorism Order or (ii) or, to the best of each Borrower’s its knowledge, engages in any dealings or transactions, or is otherwise associated, with any such blocked person. Each Borrower shall deliver to Administrative Agent, Issuing Banks and Lenders any certifications or other evidence requested from time to time by Administrative Agent, any Issuing Bank or any Lender in its sole discretion, confirming compliance with this Section 7.19.

No Neither the Borrower nor any Subsidiary of any Borrower (i) is a blocked person described in Section 1 of the Anti-Terrorism Order or (ii) to the best of each the Borrower’s knowledge, engages in any dealings or transactions, or is otherwise associated, with any such blocked person.

Xxxx on September 24, 2001 (a “Blocked Person”) or (ii) to the best of each Borrower’s its knowledge, engages in any dealings or transactions, or is otherwise associated, with any such blocked person.

The Patriot Act. No Borrower nor None of the Borrower, any Subsidiary of the Borrower or, to the Borrower’s knowledge, any other Affiliate of the Borrower (i) is a blocked person described in Section section 1 of the Anti-Terrorism Executive Order 13224, signed by President Xxxxxx X. Xxxx on September 24, 2001 (a “Blocked Person”) or (ii) to the best of each Borrower’s its knowledge, engages in any dealings or transactions, or is otherwise associated, with any such blocked person.
