Common use of The SMBC Digital Mobile Authenticator App Clause in Contracts

The SMBC Digital Mobile Authenticator App. (the App) is operated and provided by SMBC Bank International plc, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 04684034 with its registered office at 000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, XX0X 0XX (SMBC BI, we, us, our), unless the Agreement (defined below) to which these terms and conditions (the App Terms) are associated state a different entity in which case that entity shall be responsible for provision of this App in accordance with these App Terms and references to "SMBC", “SMBC BI”, “SMBC Bank EU AG”, "we", "us", "our" shall be a reference to that entity.
