The Software. The End User shall be granted to receive one copy of the Software and the Documentation and to load, install and properly use the Software for the maximum number of servers and users or workflows determined in the Form of Agreement and under the terms and conditions of this XXXX and the ELP. The Form of Agreement contains specific conditions valid for the agreement between the Licensor and the End User for the specific license. References to this XXXX within the present document include the reference to the Form of Agreement concluded with the End User. The Software Licenses defined, described in this document give the rights solely for the Eventus software and no other software or hardware or any other kind of components, unless otherwise stated.
The Software. 3.1. The Software is owned by the Licensor and is copyrighted and licensed, not sold. The End User is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable subscription based license to Use the Software up to the Licensed Level in the Territory for the Term in accordance with the terms and subject to the conditions set out in this Agreement.
3.2. The End User hereby warrants that –
3.2.1. anyone who uses the Software (whether locally or remotely) shall do so on the End User’s behalf and shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations and the terms of this Agreement;
The Software. The Software provides the following functions:
(a) It allows the Authorised User to change their PIN the first time they use their Smart Card;
(b) It allows the Authorised User to sign data with the assurance that the data they see displayed by the Software is the data they are signing;
(c) It provides diagnostic functions, which the Bank may ask the Authorised User to use to diagnose problems with Smart Cards or Smart Card Readers.
The Software. The Software allows Salesforce1 customers to use the Salesforce1 service from Supported Devices. A "Supported Device" is a combination of a Windows-enabled device model and relevant Windows software version(s) that is supported by the Software. The Software is provided by xxxxxxxxxx.xxx as a component of the Salesforce1 service.
The Software. The Software is being licensed to You by Modality Systems for use with Microsoft Lync®, Skype for Business® and Microsoft Teams®. The Software is a product of Modality Systems and is not sponsored by Microsoft.
The Software. The commercial Software is proprietary software provided to you in binary executable form for the regular and standard purposes the Software was designed for, all in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. The term "Software" includes the Software and its binary code, compilation of data, or visual display resulting from the operation of the Software, and any associated materials, equipment, systems, specifications and documentation.
The Software. The Software shall consist of modules or components and shall perform functions and comply with the proposals and specifications, identified in Schedule A and Schedule E of this Agreement. Each Software’s module or component, specification and proposal included or referred to in Schedule A and Schedule E are expressly incorporated by reference herein. The Software will be and has been tested on its reliability and functionality and there shall be no hidden defects or errors that shall prejudice or damage the Licensee’s business operations.
The Software. 5.1 The Software of Thriven provides you a service to receive signals, which signals can automatically be executed on your third party crypto account for the supported crypto assets. In this respect you can: ✓ Receive signals to place buy/sell orders on a third party supported crypto-asset exchange using the capabilities of third-party APIs and API features of Thriven. On request, Thriven can provide approval and possibilities to link the Software to more accounts held at a third party supported crypto exchange or to several third party crypto accounts held with different third party supported crypto exchanges. ✓ Indicate/configurate the (risk) parameters used for the Software.
5.2 The Software can be applied to, and you give us an instruction that the Software may be applied to, all funds available of the supported assets on the relevant exchange account, unless explicitly agreed differently. The trades can relate only a part of or more than the funds available, depending on the risk profile/indicators chosen by you.
5.3 You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the Software (or any Software or API features) may change at any time without prior notice to you.
5.4 To use the Software, you need to have a third party crypto account on an exchange supported by Thriven. The supported exchanges (as amended from time to time) are stated on our Website. Thriven is authorized to change or remove the supported third-party crypto exchanges, for example if the exchange is not authorized (anymore) to offer the relevant services. Thriven will inform you of changes in the supported third-party crypto exchanges.
5.5 The third party crypto exchange used by you offers exchange services in relation to cryptocurrency and/or tokens. You are responsible for the creation and management of the third party crypto account(s). You are only allowed to connect a third party crypto account to the Software that is held in your name and held by you for your own behalf (whereby you are not acting for or on behalf of another person or entity and you will not hold any crypto or other assets on that account on behalf of any other person or entity).
5.6 You need to make sure that the API allows Thriven to only provide signals/execute cryptocurrency trades and not to transfer any kind of assets from your exchange account to Thriven and/or other third parties.

The Software. The Software allows Okta customers to use the Okta service from Supported Devices. A "Supported Device" is a combination of a mobile device running Android software and an Android software version(s) that is supported by the Software. The Software is provided by Okta as a component of the Okta service.
The Software. 3.1. The End User is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable subscription based license to Use the Software, the Documentation and the Licensor Materials in the Territory to run the End User’s internal business operations for the Term in accordance with the terms and subject to the conditions set out in this Agreement.
3.2. The Managed Service Provider shall install or assist the End User to install the Software on hardware that is owned or controlled and in any event operated by the Managed Service Provider via a private network or the internet (the “Hardware”). The End User shall be entitled to access and Use the Software using License Keys provided by the Managed Service Provider.
