The Southend Context/Story. Having had a notable history as a leading visitor resort that fell into decline Southend is again becoming an exciting place to be. Work has begun on identifying major regeneration opportunities that can maximise the Borough’s natural assets as a major town by the sea serving a large regional area. Southend’s renaissance will build on the many advantages it has as a place to live, work and visit with: relatively low crime rates; excellent leisure and cultural opportunities; a major centre for employment and shopping; some high performing schools; excellent health facilities with a 3 star University Hospital Foundation Trust, excellent public transport links and relatively close proximity to London. Developments and opportunities in Southend include: - Southend, as an important part of the Thames Gateway, is well placed to attract public and private funding to bring about regeneration.   • Unbundled Voice Loop – SL2 (UVL-SL2 Loops may be 2-wire or 4-wire circuits, shall have remote access test points, and will be designed with a DLR provided to NewPhone. SL2 circuits can be provisioned with loop start, ground start or reverse battery signaling. OC is provided as a standard feature on XX0 Xxxxx. The OC feature will allow NewPhone to coordinate the installation of the Loop with the disconnect of an existing customer’s service and/or number portability service. In these cases, BellSouth will perform the order conversion with standard order coordination at its discretion during normal work hours.

  • Unbundled Voice Loops (UVLs) 2.2.1 BellSouth shall make available the following UVLs:

  • Verizon OSS Services Access to Verizon Operations Support Systems functions. The term “Verizon OSS Services” includes, but is not limited to: (a) Verizon’s provision of Z-Tel Usage Information to Z-Tel pursuant to Section 8.1.3 below; and, (b) “Verizon OSS Information”, as defined in Section 8.1.4 below.

  • Cloud Services You will not intentionally (a) interfere with other customers’ access to, or use of, the Cloud Service, or with its security; (b) facilitate the attack or disruption of the Cloud Service, including a denial of service attack, unauthorized access, penetration testing, crawling, or distribution of malware (including viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, spyware, adware, and cancelbots); (c) cause an unusual spike or increase in Your use of the Cloud Service that negatively impacts the Cloud Service’s operation; or (d) submit any information that is not contemplated in the applicable Documentation.

  • Misuse of Internet-based Services You may not use these services in any way that could harm them or impair anyone else’s use of them. You may not use the services to try to gain unauthorized access to any service, data, account or network by any means.

  • Unbundled Voice Xxxx XX0 (XXX-XX0) Loops are 2-wire Loop start circuits, will be non-designed, and will not have remote access test points. OC will be offered as a chargeable option on XX0 Xxxxx when reuse of existing facilities has been requested by ONS. ONS may also order OC-TS when a specified conversion time is requested. OC-TS is a chargeable option for any coordinated order and is billed in addition to the OC charge. An Engineering Information (EI) document can be ordered as a chargeable option. The EI document provides Loop Make-Up information which is similar to the information normally provided in a Design Layout Record (DLR). Upon issuance of a non-coordinated order in the service order system, XX0 Xxxxx will be activated on the due date in the same manner and time frames that BellSouth normally activates POTS-type Loops for its End Users.

  • Use of Services and Content 3.1 Sage Services are only available to bona fide end-users with a requirement for services of the nature of those that we provide. We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement without further liability to you where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that your use of the Sage Services is for competitive purposes (including competitive monitoring, assessment or otherwise).

  • The Web Services E-Verify Employer Agent agrees to, consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, commit sufficient personnel and resources to meet the requirements of this MOU.

  • Cloud Services Warranty Beginning on the date that the term of the initial Services Order for Cloud Services commences, We warrant to You that the Cloud Services will materially conform to the then current description of the Cloud Services in the Documentation. If You become aware of a warranty breach, You must notify Us in writing. Your sole and exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty will be either: (i) allow Us to modify the Cloud Services to conform to the current descriptions; or (ii) allow Us to provide a workaround solution that will reasonably meet Your requirements. If neither option is commercially reasonable, We may terminate the Agreement and refund any pre-paid, unused fees.
