Common use of The Wall Street Journal Clause in Contracts

The Wall Street Journal. Any party to this Agreement may terminate the ----------------------- Agreement, and the licenses and rights granted hereunder, by delivering written notice of termination to all other parties to the Agreement, if Dow Xxxxx ceases publication of the print edition of The Wall Street Journal for general circulation within the United States, or if Dow Xxxxx ceases to own fifty percent (50%) or greater interest in The Wall Street Journal. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to, or shall be interpreted or construed to, restrict Dow Jones's ability to cease publication of, or alter the format, content, circulation or distribution of, any of its publications, products or services.
