The WIC Program uses statistical and financial analysis; random sampling; sales, inventory, and invoice records and/or audits; discrepancies in WIC Checks or Cash Value Benefits (CVBs) and/or documentation submitted disputing nonpayment; information from WIC participants or other sources; and visits to the vendor for the purpose of determining compliance with this agreement and WIC Program directives.
