These Terms of Service represent the entire agreement between the parties in relation to the subject matter contained herein and supersede any previous agreement whether written or oral between the parties in relation to that subject matter. Accordingly, all other conditions, representations and warranties which would otherwise be implied (by law or otherwise) shall not form part of these TERMS OF SERVICE.

XXX is a platform provider that facilitates telehealth. XXX is not engaged in the practice of medicine, whether by and through Eva Digital Clinic and does not provide health care or medical services. No information provided by EVA constitutes the practice of medicine or any other medical profession.
