THINGS YOU MUST NOT DO. 50.1 You must not: 50.1.1 change the Purchase Equipment, make any addition to it or install anything with it without our written consent. You agree that the changed Purchase Equipment, including any other goods supplied with or attached to it, becomes our property and will comprise the Purchase Equipment for the purposes of this SFOA; 50.1.2 use the Purchase Equipment for any purpose which is unlawful or might endanger the safety or condition of the Purchase Equipment or prejudice our interest in it; 50.1.3 alter or cover up any insignia, number or mark in or on the Purchase Equipment; or 50.1.4 alter the installation of the Purchase Equipment in a way that makes it a fixture.

THINGS YOU MUST NOT DO a) You agree that you will not: i) Access or use the Marketplace, Products, or Content for any personal commercial gain or business purposes other than those directly related to your ongoing business operations; ii) Do anything that negatively affects the security or integrity of the Marketplace or that causes (or may cause) harm, damage, or interruptions in service to other Marketplace users; iii) Gather, extract, download, reproduce, display and/or advertise on any website, other online or off-line service or otherwise, any Content; iv) Copy, modify, duplicate, create derivative works from, frame, mirror, republish, download, display, transmit or distribute all or any part of the Marketplace or Content other than permitted by your License (as defined below); v) Reverse engineer, disassemble, reverse compile, or otherwise reduce to human-perceivable form all or any part of the Marketplace; vi) Access the Marketplace or use the Content in order to build a product or service which competes with the Bank’s products, services, any of the Marketplace Products or the Marketplace itself without express, prior, written consent; vii) License, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, display, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Marketplace or Content, or otherwise make the Marketplace or Content available to any third party; or viii) Provide any feedback, software code, documentation or other material to the Bank to use or to publish, that is not yours or that you do not have permission to provide.

THINGS YOU MUST NOT DO. 84.1 You must not. 84.1.1 access, or allow any employee or other third party access the Managed Equipment without direction from us; 84.1.2 change the Managed Equipment, make any addition to it or install anything with it without our written consent. You agree that the changed Managed Equipment, including any other goods supplied with or attached to it, becomes our property and will comprise the Managed Equipment for the purposes of this SFOA; 84.1.3 use the Managed Equipment for any purpose which is unlawful or might endanger the safety or condition of the Managed Equipment or prejudice our interest in it; 84.1.4 alter or cover up any insignia, number or mark in or on the Managed Equipment; or 84.1.5 alter the installation of the Managed Equipment in a way that makes it a fixture.
