Third-Party Beneficiaries; Affiliates. No Third Party is intended or shall be deemed to be a beneficiary of any provision of this Agreement. TSD and TPC acknowledge that Affiliates of TSD and TPC have certain obligations under this Agreement, and TSD and TPC shall ensure that their respective Affiliates perform and otherwise comply with all such obligations. Neither Party shall permit any of its Affiliates to take any action which, if taken by it, would violate its obligations hereunder.
Third-Party Beneficiaries; Affiliates. There are no third-party beneficiaries under this Agreement. Your Affiliates may order C3 AI Software or C3 AI Services subject to the terms of this Agreement by entering into a separate Order for the Service. You are responsible for Your Affiliates’ compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Third-Party Beneficiaries; Affiliates. Employee agrees that (a) each Company Party that is not a party to this Agreement is a third-party beneficiary of the covenants and agreements made herein and (b) each such Company Party may enforce the provisions of this Agreement under and in accordance with this Agreement as though if it were the Company. For purposes of this Agreement, “affiliate” shall mean any individual, corporation, partnership, trust, unincorporated organization, association, business entity, or other project that, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, the Company.

Third-Party Beneficiaries; Affiliates. The rights set forth in this Agreement are for the sole benefit of the Parties and their respective Affiliates and not for the benefit of any other Person. Each Party is responsible for the actions and inactions of each of its Affiliates as if each such Affiliates were a Party. Any action taken or inaction not taken by an Affiliate of a Party that would be a breach of this Agreement, if taken or not taken by such Party, is a breach of this Agreement by such Party.
Third-Party Beneficiaries; Affiliates. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors or assigns. This Agreement does not provide any third parties with any remedy, claim, right of action, or other right. Each party shall ensure that its Affiliates comply with the applicable provisions of this Agreement and do not take any action which, if done by the party, would constitute a breach of this Agreement.
