Third Party Management. 15.1 If Customer has contracted with a third party service management organization, asset management company, maintenance management company, technology management company, maintenance insurance organization, or the like (”Third-Party Organization”) for purposes of centralized billing and management of Services provided to Customer, at Customer’s written request, Philips will route invoices for payment of Services rendered by Philips to such Third-Party Organization and accept payment from them on Customer’s behalf. Notwithstanding the above, the Services provided by Philips are subject solely to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Customer guarantees the payment of all monies due or that may become due under this Agreement in spite of any collateral arrangements Customer may have with such Third-Party Organization or any payments Customer has made to the Third-Party Organization. Philips has no contractual relationship for the Services rendered to Customer except as set forth herein. To the extent that the parts and Services Philips provides are not covered by Customer’s arrangement with such Third-Party Organization, Customer shall promptly pay for such parts and Services on demand.
Third Party Management. Tenant shall have the right to manage and operate the Premises (or any portion thereof) utilizing third parties for the management and operation thereof, without obtaining Landlord’s prior written consent of such third party. Notwithstanding the appointment of any third-party manager, Tenant shall remain fully responsible for the Premises in accordance with the terms hereof.
Third Party Management. The State reserves the right to use a third party for the management of the contract catalog (full line of market and non-market basket items). Upon notice by the State, Contractor agrees to provide catalog data in the cXML format specified by third party hosting vendor to an SFTP site. Any price or product information changes shall require an updated file be submitted to the SFTP site for approval in advance of any anticipated changes and shall be subject to State review and approval.
Third Party Management. Hotel Developer may, at Hotel Developer’s option and in Hotel Developer’s sole discretion, engage a third party management company or absolutely assign to another party its agency as manager, to manage and operate the Hotel Deck or any portion thereof, which management arrangement may be accomplished through a management agreement, an operating license, a lease, an assignment and assumption of rights, or another document agreed to by the Hotel Developer and the third party management company; provided that such management agreement, lease, license, assignment and assumption or other document shall be subject and subordinate in all respects to this Agreement and the third party manager shall be subject to the consent of the City, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Third Party Management. Customer shall notify Compute North if it engages a third party to provide services on its behalf with respect to the Equipment. Customer shall be fully responsible for all acts or omissions by any third-party service provider acting for or on its behalf.

Third Party Management. 12.1 Vendor is accountable for the actions of its processors (i.e. sub-processors) who process Personal Data on Vendor’s behalf and assesses the ability of its processors to protect Personal Data at the time of selection and periodically thereafter in accordance with Vendor policies.
Third Party Management. 16.1 Vendor has policies and supporting procedures to ensure that information assets are protected when Vendor engages third party service providers and/or processors (sub-processors). K-12 / Library / OneIndiana / Other Local Governmental Entities The Contractor shall work with the State and K-12/Library/OneIndiana purchasing portal to provide the ability of either a punch-out or catalog to K-12 and other Governmental Entities purchasing off of this Contract. The K-12 schools shall have the ability to purchase directly from the Contractor’s identified Minority Business subcontractor through a separate catalog located on the K-12Indiana purchasing portal.
