THIRD PARTY PROGRAMS. This Licensed Software may contain third party software programs (“Third Party Programs”) that are available under open source or free software licenses. This License Agreement does not alter any rights or obligations You may have under those open source or free software licenses. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in such licenses, the disclaimer of warranties and the limitation of liability provisions in this License Agreement shall apply to such Third Party Programs.
THIRD PARTY PROGRAMS. The software contains third party programs. The license terms with those programs apply to your use of them.

As a convenience to You, Symantec may from time to time provide a copy of, or access to, third party products or Web sites that are not available for licensing from Symantec (“Commercial Third Party Applications”), and which must be licensed by You directly from the applicable vendor of that Commercial Third Party Application or used in accordance with their posted terms of use. This License Agreement does not create any right for You to use or access the Commercial Third Party Applications. SYMANTEC MAKES NO WARRANTIES AND ASSUMES NO LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO ANY THIRD PARTY PROGRAMS OR COMMERCIAL THIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS.
THIRD PARTY PROGRAMS. To the extent the Software is bundled with third party software programs; these third party software programs are governed by their own license terms, which may include open source or free software licenses. Nothing in this Agreement limits an end user’s rights under, or grants the end user rights that supersede, the terms of any such third party software.
THIRD PARTY PROGRAMS. Customer acknowledges that the Transaction Services are designed for use with certain third party programs, including, without limitation, certain Internet browser and software programs developed and owned by third parties. Customer will look solely to the developers and manufacturers of such programs with regard to warranty, maintenance or other support regarding the same. CyberSource does not warrant and shall not be responsible for services or software provided by unaffiliated third party vendors. Customer authorises CyberSource to disclose to any third party vendor information concerning Customer to the extent required to deliver the requested service.
THIRD PARTY PROGRAMS. Payment Gateway makes no warranty, express or implied, with regard to any third party services or software.
THIRD PARTY PROGRAMS. Third Party Programs, even if included with the distribution of the Licensed Materials, may be governed by separate license terms, including without limitation, third party license terms, open source software notices and terms, and/or other Intel software license terms. These separate license terms solely govern Your use of the Third Party Programs.
THIRD PARTY PROGRAMS. Company acknowledges that the Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx Services are designed for use with certain third-party programs, including, without limitation, certain Internet browser software programs and software developed by a Supplier. Company will look solely to the developers and manufacturers of such programs with regard to warranty, maintenance or other support regarding the same. Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx makes no warranty, express or implied, with regard to any such third-party software.
THIRD PARTY PROGRAMS. The Services may contain third party software for which Illumina is required to provide attribution (“Third Party Programs”). Some of the Third Party Programs are available under open source or free software licenses. This Agreement does not alter any rights or obligations you may have under those open source or free software licenses. Any rights Customer may have under Third Party Programs will be set forth in a Service’s READ ME file, in its Documentation, or otherwise including in the Service’s “Help” or “About” box. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Illumina is not responsible and has no obligations to support any such Third Party Programs.
