Common use of Third Party Providers Clause in Contracts

Third Party Providers. 7.1. With the Solution you may receive Third Party Software. You cannot use the Third Party Software by itself; you can only use it in the course of using the Solution. If you do use Third Party Software, you agree to adhere to any licence agreement provided with that Third Party Software. If there is no licence agreement with that Third Party Software, this Agreement will apply to how you use the Third Party Software. You also agree to keep to any other conditions we impose on using the Third Party Software.
