Third Party Service. The Owner agrees that self-employed or independent contractors, hired the by Owner, to work on the Owner’s boat while it is on Marina property, including all waters within the Marina boundaries, must demonstrate that they carry commercial general liability insurance and personal injury liability insurance, each to the sum of one million ($1 000 000) and each including coverage for pollution liability. Contractors must also demonstrate evidence of workers compensation coverage for all employees who will work at the Marina.
